Quotes & Pricing
Do you provide free quotes?
Yes — every quote is free and no-obligation. We’ll visit at a time that suits you, and you’ll usually have a clear written quotation within 48 hours.
Who supplies the paint and materials?
Normally you do — just let us know what you’d like and have it ready for our start date. Not sure what you need? Tell us the look you’re after and we’ll point you in the right direction, or arrange the materials for you if you’d prefer. Our quotes cover our labour and preparation.
Can you help me choose a colour?
We’re not a formal colour-consultation service, but if you’re stuck between a couple of shades we’re always happy to share which we’d go for. The final choice — and the paint — is yours.
How do I book?
Call, email or use the contact form. Once you’re happy with the quote we’ll agree dates, and a small deposit secures them in the diary.
Before Work Starts
Do I need to move furniture?
Yes please — we ask that you move furniture out of the way before we arrive so we can get straight to work. We’ll take care of protecting anything that stays, like carpets and larger fitted items.
Are you insured?
Yes — we carry full public liability insurance and are happy to show certificates before any work begins.
How far do you travel?
We cover Rochester, Maidstone, Medway, Sittingbourne, Gravesend, Dartford and the surrounding areas. Not sure if that includes you? Just ask.
During the Project
How long does a typical room take?
Most single rooms take one to three days depending on preparation and the number of coats. Your quote always states the expected duration.
Do you work while customers are away?
Happily. Many customers give us a key and come home to a finished room. We send daily photo updates and lock up carefully.
Aftercare
What if I spot something after you’ve finished?
Tell us and we’ll come back and put it right — simple as that.
