Quotes & Pricing
Do you provide free quotes?
Yes — every quote is free and no-obligation. We’ll visit at a time that suits you, and you’ll usually have a clear written quotation within 48 hours.
Are materials included?
Whichever you prefer. We can supply quality trade paints and materials, clearly itemised on your quote — or work with products you’ve already bought.
How do I book?
Call, email or use the contact form. Once you’re happy with the quote we’ll agree dates, and a small deposit secures them in the diary.
Before Work Starts
Do I need to move furniture?
No — moving and protecting furniture is part of the job. For very large or precious items we’ll agree a plan with you beforehand.
Are you insured?
Yes — we carry full public liability insurance and are happy to show certificates before any work begins.
How far do you travel?
We cover Rochester, Maidstone, Medway, Sittingbourne, Gravesend, Dartford and the surrounding areas. Not sure if that includes you? Just ask.
During the Project
How long does a typical room take?
Most single rooms take one to three days depending on preparation and colours. Your quote always states the expected duration — and we stick to it.
Do you work while customers are away?
Happily. Many customers give us a key and come home to a finished room. We send daily photo updates and lock up carefully every evening.
Paints & Materials
Which paint brands do you use?
We work with quality trade ranges chosen for durability and finish — and we’re equally happy to use a specific brand you love. We’ll always recommend the right product for each surface.
Do you offer colour advice?
Yes — it’s one of our favourite parts of the job. We bring tester pots, consider your light and furnishings, and make sure you’re confident before we start.
Aftercare
What if I spot something after you’ve finished?
Tell us and we’ll come back and put it right — simple as that. We walk every job with you at the end, but you’re covered after we leave too.

Do you decorate commercial premises?
Yes — offices, shops, salons and rental properties. We can work evenings and weekends so your business doesn’t lose a single trading hour.
